I am not the patient, a family member is being treated. Pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of staff. Also surprised by follow up by Dr. Definitely recommend them.
The chiropractor "Mr.Gray" and the staff at this chiropractic office are great! Not only do they want you to be healthy they also want to keep you there and progress your livelihood. If I had to recommend anyone to a chiropractic office it would hands down be Wellness One.
Dr Gray explains everything to you about what is needed and tells you why. Breanna at front desk is very helpful and has a great personality

I want to give a thanks not only to Wellness One, but to the working components that make it a safe space for healing. From the moment you step in you’re greeted with respect and compassion. Taking back to the tables with humor and joy and healed by precision and honor. I thank everyone who made it a comfortable experience for me!

I get quick and convenient service at Wellness One. Everyone is thorough to move you through your visit.
For starters -- The staff is amazing, very friendly, and willing to help out with whatever situation you bring them (especially insurance issues). Anyways, I had a suspected pinched nerve after going to a PCP that disregarded my concerns multiple times so I went straight to Dr. Gray to get the x-ray/evaluation and found that I had worse spinal issues than what I originally thought. I wanted to get to the ROOT of the problem the first day I went to the PCP. Dr. Gray made a custom plan to start fixing the issues that day..... Yes, it is scary to see the numbers and the multiple appointments a week, but it has helped SO much! So, don't let that scare you away from this. I don't know what condition I would be in now, months later if I did not start going here. The decompression table for my lower back was the BEST thing. Yes, you will most likely be sore after the adjustments but once that is over, the way your body will feel is brand new!! -(Back Story about the PCP if you want to read it.) For almost a month my lower back was in pain and it just progressed to where I had bad sciatica that immobilized me sometimes. I decided to then go to the doctor....My PCP just kept telling me it was muscle spasms and kept prescribing muscle relaxers 2-3 different times over the course of 4-6 weeks, despite me requesting MRIs/X-rays, etc. from the beginning. They even drew my blood too. Then after the 3rd time of them trying to prescribe the relaxers, I declined and then they said "Oh, well PT will be calling in about 3 weeks to see when to get you on the schedule"... I did not like the sound of that because I could not move without EXTREME pain. Even collapsed twice while walking because of this suspected pinched nerve. That is when I found Wellness One :) PS. Sorry for the novel... I hope this helps someone!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Everyone had an upbeat, cheerful attitude. Dr. Grey explained procedures, anatomy, the how's and why's of our needs. After our initial visit, that evening after 6pm, he called us personally to check in and see if we had questions and to ask how we were doing. We returned today to set up a course of treatment, same thing, great customer service. Brianna is an absolute sweetheart. Thank you Wellness One and Dr. Grey. My wife and I will definitely recommend WellnessOne to others.

The atmosphere is very friendly and there is hardly any wait time to be serviced.
From start to finish they are FANTASTIC! The entire crew is PHENOMENAL! They really do “have your back.” I almost never have to wait and everything is so organized and proficient!

First of all, the young ladies in the office are so cheerful and friendly, immediately making you feel important. Dr. Gray asked questions so he could target problem areas. After the very first session, I experienced relief. I no longer suffer from the neck pain that I first came in with. Please give Wellness One a try. You will be so glad you did!

Was in a great deal of pain with tingling in arms and hands and they got me some relief on 1st visit and a plan to move forward.
After not being able to schedule an appt for 1 mo. due to work schedule and previous appointments, I went back and found what was missing, regular checkups are needed.
This office alleviates my pain... Everytime. I walk out feeling refreshed without that nagging neck pain from weeks before!! It's freeing. I will continue with Wellness One and their very friendly, personable staff! I love them!
Always efficient and respectful of your time, this team is excellent at what they do. I walk in so stiff with lower back pain and within minutes feel it all softening. So thankful for the relief that they provide.

I am so very thankful that Dr Gray has an office in Hickory. After exhausting what the medical profession could do for me I called Dr Grays office. After explaining my concerns he was confident that he could help my condition. After understanding that healing is a process & will take some time, treatment was started. The knowledge and expertise and care of Dr. Gray is phenomenal. The staff is always welcoming with a warm smile and I hello by your personal name which just makes you feel cared for and comfortable. My ongoing treatment has helped me regain a more normal day to day routine. I couldn't be happier and would most definitely recommend Dr Gray & his staff.
Taken right on schedule, and given a full update on the cost of my treatment plan. Given many options under that treatment plan and I selected what I could afford. Much different treatment plan than I was receiving it another chiropractor's office. More inclusive specialized care.
I have been coming to this place for a few years now. I will never regret my decision to come in for a visit. I was developing sciatic pain, and the pain was unbearable especially at work. Dr. Gray and the ladies have helped with the recovery. I was able to go from 3 visits a week, to one visit every 3 weeks. The staff are really friendly and will remember your name.
I’m grateful to Dr Gray and Dr Yoder who are very supportive and helpful in my recovery from neck, shoulder and back pain that was debilitating. Their professional expertise and experience has been greatly appreciated and I’m impressed with the doctors and their staff. Clean and well kept facility with a comfortable open waiting area. I have to say the care I received is top of the class. Each time I walk in the door I’m greeted immediately with a happy and sincere welcome. I hardly ever have to wait. The doctors take their time to explain why they are doing what they do. They are positive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
