Dr. Charlie was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University in 2004. He first found chiropractic when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision in the early 2000s that left him with a severe lumbar disc herniation causing long term foot numbness. Something inside him knew that surgery was not the right path for him. It was after extensive chiropractic care that he made a full recovery. It was then that he made the decision to become a chiropractor and help others.
While attending Chiropractic school in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Charlie met his wife Jennifer who was from Alaska. While in school they had their first child, Ethan. After school, they moved back to Alaska to be closer to her family. In 2009, they had their second child Audrey and opened their chiropractic office together, all in the same year!! Dr. Charlie and Dr. Jennifer built a life together in Alaska and enjoyed their time there camping, hiking, fishing, hunting and spending time with their dog Wallace. The last 3 years in Alaska, their office was voted the #1 chiropractic office in Anchorage by the community. Going out on top, they decided it was time to move closer to Dr. Charlie’s family who is spread out all over the eastern United States.
